This holiday villa is characterized by a modern architecture, high-quality building materials and a most tasteful design and décor. The 600 m² property is fenced in (electric gate), has one parking place and outside parking in front of the villa. Located in a tranquil residential area in Sa Coma, the renowned small seaside resort near Cala Millor, the villa offers comfort and convenience for a memorable family holiday. Various shopping facilities and restaurants in the centre of Sa Coma and its beach are just a couple minutes by car – and so are a variety of other beautiful beaches as e.g. Puerto Christo, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos.

Description

The ground floor of the 2-storey villa hosts the large salon, a separate dining room, a modern, well equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a guest toilet and one of the four bedrooms. The lounge opens up onto the main outdoor terrace with dining table, lounge furniture and BBQ in front of the well-tended pool garden. The pool with roman staircase measures 8 x 5 m. The second double bedroom (with bathroom en suite) and two other double bedrooms sharing a bathroom are located upstairs, as well as a large roof terrace with marvelous views across Sa Coma to the ocean. Air-conditioning is available for the three upper bedrooms and the lounge.
