Description

The Finca combines authentic Majorcan lifestyle with contemporary comfort. The lower level hosts an open-plan country kitchen and a separate dining room with access onto a sun-shaded terrace. The generous, traditionally decorated living room with open fire place, SAT-TV and Hifi also flows onto a well-furnished sun-covered terrace and a second smaller lounge with open fire place onto a charming patio. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs and have a bath en-suite. One of the double bedrooms has access to a private terrace with fantastic views, another double bedroom is perfect for children as the twin beds are placed behind each other. The fifth double bedroom with bathroom is located in a cozy guest studio next to the main house, complete with lounge (SAT-TV) and kitchenette. In the evenings a detached sun-covered terrace with BBQ, summer kitchen and a country-style seating area invites for dining al fresco and enjoying the peaceful, warm summer evenings. A few steps down, the large, elegant L-shaped infinity pool with comfortable loungers provides the same stunning views across the well-tended Mediterranean garden grounds and mountain scenery. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the main lounge.
