The white holiday villa is located above the beautiful Bay of Cala Carbó in the seaside resort Cala St. Vicente. Like an eagles nest, it rests peacefully on a mountain, which allows for magnificent sea views. From almost all rooms and all terraces enjoy the unique sea views and the spectacular sun sets. The next bathing bay is just 4 car minutes away, Pollenca and Port de Pollenca are both reachable within 10 minutes.

Please note: The villa sleeps 4 adults and 2 children/teenagers. The neighboring villa is Cala Carbó, another highlight in our portfolio of holiday homes.

Description

The Ibizan-style villa boasts Mediterranean ambience at its best. The holiday home has a generous lounge (Sat-TV and HiFi-system) with several seating areas and a separate dining table. Adjoining is the well-equipped kitchen and large window doors open up to the sun-covered terrace. The patio hosts a barbecue. All in all there is 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the second twin beds and the third a bunk bed. The garden is surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees. Several sun-exposed terraces are located next to the oval-shaped pool (4 x 6,5 m).

According to the size of your announced travelling party, one to several standard rental cars (Category A) are automatically included, when booking a finca or villa with us. Of course you are welcome to rent additional cars, or upgrade the basic model A in category and size at the respective surcharge.
