The villa offers the most spellbinding ocean views from all rooms and terraces of the main house, from the guest apartment upstairs and especially while relaxing in the sparkling designer pool. A short cliff path through the garden leads directly to the ocean and a ladder allows accessing the sea here for a swim, while the next sandy beach is also close by.

The next sandy beach is about 500 m away, the next supermarket about 400 m and the pretty seaside village Cala D´Or a mere 3 minute drive by car. Rental Car
According to the size of your announced travelling party, one to several standard rental cars (Category A) are automatically included, when booking a finca or villa with us. Of course you are welcome to rent additional cars, or upgrade the basic model A in category and size at the respective surcharge.

Prices
All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base, including a rental car of Category A.
All costs incurring by energy (electricty, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.
