Finca Ca`n Lluch is one of the oldest houses on the island. Salt water had still been used to create the building material for its walls and over the centuries and thousands of blazing log fires in the fireplaces the original wooden ceilings have blackened with soot. All renovations have been conducted with great attention to original details and style in order to preserve the most precious asset of this charming gem: its soul, which developed over the centuries. Today Ca`n Lluch is a very special holiday retreat for guests, who appreciate the glorious ambience of a bygone era, carefully upgraded with modern convenience and comfort. The whole finca is powered by a solar system, backed by a generator for the unlikely event of too little sunshine.

Description

Finca Ca`n Lluch is located on the western side of Ibiza, between San Rafael and Santa Inès (Agnès). From its elevated position on a small hill, marvelous views across the unspoiled and peaceful countryside can be enjoyed from several terraces and scenic look-outs. There is just one neighbor in the vicinity and the nearest village Buscatell (about 2 km away) consists of a picturesque church, a traditional bar and a small grocery store only. Despite its rural remoteness, Ibiza City is only 15 km away and San Antonia, as well as Cala Salada, the nearest beautiful sand beach, about 7 km.
